• The rates are intended per day for 2 people
• Final cleaning is already included in the prices listed above
• Surcharge for every extra person in the apartments: 15.00 €
• Surcharge for every extra person in the Chalet: 50.00 €
• Children's reduction: up to 3 years free
  
• The price includes: laundry, electricity, water, heating, garage, TV, Wi-Fi as well as free admission to the Naturno indoor and outdoor adventure pool
• The apartment is reserved from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure
• The Chalet, Apartment Luis and Sepp are apartments for allergy sufferers, so no pets are allowed in these
• The Chalet is only for guests aged 16 and over
• Children and babies at the Rofenhof: We are more than happy to provide our youngest guests with a cot or high chair
• Pick-up service from the nearest train station on arrival and departure
• Dogs on request: 8.00 € per day without food. Please bring your own blanket or a basket
• Smoking: All our apartments are no-smoking areas

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival will not incur a cancellation charge
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we will charge for 3 days
• From 1 month before arrival, we will charge 80% of the booked stay
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price for the entire reservation period will be charged in full

Local tax:

The local tax is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice. The local tax is €2.10 per person/day.
Children and teenagers under age 14 do not have to pay this tax.
